Fulham 4 – 0 Tottenham Hotspur

There are some games where you just think ‘shall we all just go home?’ at half time, and this is a prime example. Down to ten and four down, you wouldn’t have begrudged Spurs not bothering. Given the team that they traditionally are (sorry, Tottenham fans), a comeback in this instance is highly, highly unlikely. History tells us the opposite, in fact. So Fulham through and Spurs home to weep in a corner. Especially considering Danny ‘tenacious’ Murphy got on the score sheet twice. A particularly harrowing ordeal for anyone to endure.
